Our Michigan country inn rates vary from $119 to $219. The rates listed are subject to change.

Rates listed are for single or double occupancy. A $35.00 charge will apply for any additional guest in a room. Check-in is from 3 - 12 P.M. If a check-in time is needed outside the normal check-in times, this may be arranged by contacting us.

All information provided is only used for the DeLano Mansion Inns. 

STAY THREE, PAY TWO SPECIAL

Three, Pay Two (Stay three nights and receive third night at no cost, including breakfast all three mornings).  This is effective for all guests without another discount. Book on our website and it will take the third night cost off when you are booking.  

Policies

Check-in Time                                                                                                                                  We enjoy having you stay with us.  Check in times are from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Should you arrive after 7 p.m. we will have a note on the door to tell you where your room is and times for breakfast.             

Smoking
No smoking inside the Inn. All smoking is allowed outside of the Inn buildings due to the age of the Inn.

Pets
Pets are not allowed due to the antiques within the Inn public rooms and the guests rooms.

Small Children
Due to many of the guests are visiting for a romantic stay, guests should be 10 years or older to stay at the Inn with family members.  When an additional guest will be added to a room, the cost is $50.00 for the additional bed and breakfast.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are another way to give a Bed and Breakfast experience to your family or friends.  We sell both DeLano Mansion Inn Gift Certificates and Bednbreakfast.com Gift Certificates. The DeLano Gift Certificate is only valid at our Inn. A bedandbreakfast.com gift certificate is valid at over 4000 Inns in the U.S. and Canada. For the family out of state this is a great gift to surprise them with. All additional discounts are invalid when a guest is paying with gift cards.

Cancellations

As of February 1, 2016, all bookings will be charged for one day of the stay and all additional packages purchased. Packages are not refundable as we invest in the package before you arrive. We are always sorry to miss your visit.  To give you the opportunity to visit another time, we will issue you a gift certificate valid for one year.  Should you not be able to visit with us within one year, 50% will apply after the first year.  For whole house rentals, a non refundable deposit will be taken up to one year in advance and a 120 day cancellation policy will be required and stated in your confirmation.

We trust our guests will leave our keys with us. Should a guest take the key and not send it back, the card on file will charged a $40.oo replacement fee. This fee is to cover the cost of replacing the antique handle and the key. In all cases, we would rather have the key returned by the guest.
