| Ascend the flowing staircase from the elegant front foyer and be greeted by the door of the Chaddock Guestroom. A gracious corner guestroom with views from two sides looking over our cast-iron fencing, and the historic neighborhood surrounding the Inn. Named for the owners of the house about the turn of the century, this is a gracious second floor guestroom with private, attached bath. The Chaddock room is lit by a rare Bradley Hubbard cranberry chandelier from an Atlanta Ga. mansion and features an 1890's beautifully carved oak queen-size "tall" bed - the mattress is almost waist-high on most adults, with an ornately carved matching dresser and washstand! The guestroom includes accompanying bedside tables, with Victorian parlor lamp, plus a comfortable wing back chair with a reading lamp for relaxing with a good book. The bath features a large sunflower showerhead and solid brass fixtures, plus the original in-room antique corner sink with complimentary soaps and toiletries. The suite includes TV, a DVD/CD player, cable, and WI/FI access is available. Air conditioning levels are individually controlled in room. | ||||||
